What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Alipay, WeChat pay and etc.

What’s your warranty policy?

We provide 1-year free warranty for all of our products by non-human factor. You just need to send us pictures or videos of the damaged parts when problems, then we will give you a quick solution.

How could I receive the goods?

For sample orders or small quantity orders, we suggest delivering by express, such as DHL, FedEx, EMS. For mass orders, the sea shipping will be better and cost-effective.

What's the delivery time?

For standard products, our delivery time is 2-4 weeks, depending on the order quantity.

Can I make the products with my own logo?

Yes, OEM services is available to you, make your logo on the products and cartons, and it needs MOQ for OEM service. We have rich experience and doing great as always in this.
